The  Free Consultation can be conducted by telephone or face to face, whichever you prefer.

The purpose of the 1 hour Consultation is to discuss your particular concern in more depth. To then discuss the treatment options and costs invovled and to allow you to make the decion, free of any obligation, as to whether you feel I can assist you in reaching your goals of therapy! And usually, with your consent, to try a complimentary Hypnosis session, this is almost always a very pleasant experience!

Stop Smoking Therapy

My Smoking Cessation Therapy is a 2 session programme.

Because people vary in their response to Hypnosis the first session allows both the client, and myself, to evaluate

the best approach to suit the individual's needs. Usually the 2 sessions are 3 to 4 days apart.

The cost of the Stop Smoking programme is $450.00 (240mins (min))

Sessions are generally booked weekly (with the exception of smoking cessation) and 48 hours notice is required for a cancellation including the initial Consultation Sessions cancelled without required notice will be charged as if taken; emergencies excepted!
